Data collection policy

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service: account email and name, agent event data you submit, technical logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps), and limited payment metadata when you subscribe to a paid plan.

Data usage

We use data to run and improve ARIA: authenticate accounts, store and serve agent event logs, calculate trust scores, provide the Dashboard and API, send transactional emails, and investigate abuse. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

GDPR / LGPD compliance

We comply with GDPR and LGPD principles: data minimization, purpose limitation, security, and user rights. European and Brazilian users may exercise access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection rights by contacting us. We respond to requests within 30 days.

No third-party tracking

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Dashboard or public pages. Essential cookies may be used for sessions only; we do not deploy cross-site tracking cookies.
