Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately: your new limits are active the moment the payment is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
It depends on your plan. Free: new events are rejected once you reach 50,000. Your existing data is safe and events resume automatically on the 1st of next month. Professional & Business: your service never stops. Events beyond the base limit continue normally and are billed as overage at the end of the month.
If you exceed your monthly base limit, each additional 100,000 events is charged at your plan's overage rate: $1.00/100K for Professional and $0.75/100K for Business. For example: a Business customer who uses 5.3M events pays $149 + (300K / 100K × $0.75) = $151.25 that month. Your agents never go offline.
Both plans include the full ARIA feature set. The difference is scale: Professional supports up to 5 agents and 500K events/month, ideal for startups with a few production agents. Business supports up to 20 agents and 5M events/month, designed for teams running heavy workloads like customer service bots, data pipelines, or multi-agent orchestrators. Business also gets a lower overage rate ($0.75 vs $1.00 per 100K).
Yes. You have 30 days after cancellation to export all your agent data and event history via CSV or JSON. After that period, the data is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting before cancelling to keep a local copy.
