These Terms explain how you may use ARIA and what we provide. By using ARIA you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your account and any API keys. Use the Service lawfully. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, or submit false data. If you manage accounts for an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
- Keep login details and API keys secure.
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Comply with the Acceptable Use policy and applicable laws.
Liability limitations
We provide ARIA "as is". To the extent allowed by law, ARIA is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
License
Server-side source code is released under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1). The SDKs and select client-side components may be under separate open-source licenses; check their headers for details.
